Stainless steel spike. The professional way to test cakes are cooked thoroughly.
Care and Use:
• Thoroughly wash product in hot, soapy water before first use, rinse and dry. Insert spike into cake after cooking. If it comes out clean, the cake is thoroughly cooked. The spike is slim so will not damage cakes even after repeated testing. The 14cm spike is long enough to test deep cakes and gateaux. Do not use in a dishwasher.
